Artwork and files. If you upload a logo, artwork, or reference files for personalization or a custom quote, we collect and store those files.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location, and we may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions (such as keeping items in your cart) and to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• process, produce, and ship your orders;
• send order confirmations, proofs, and shipping updates;
• reply to inquiries and prepare quotes;
• reproduce or reorder your personalized items when you ask;
• prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
• improve the site and our products; and
• send you news and offers, only if you have signed up to receive them.

We do not sell your personal information.

Order confirmations and service messages are sent as part of fulfilling your order. If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

5. How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. We keep uploaded artwork with your order record so that we can produce and reproduce your order. You may ask us to delete your artwork or other personal information at any time, subject to what we are required to keep by law.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure payment processing and private storage for uploaded files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, though parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work properly without them.

This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
