Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases from Wild Things Leather Goods ("Wild Things," "we," "us"), a small-batch leather goods maker based in Ave Maria, Florida. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Wild Things Leather Goods is owned and operated by Sarah Hatke Antonio. You can reach us at sarah@wildthingsleather.com or 765.430.6343.
2. Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, upload harmful files, or use it to infringe anyone else's rights. If you are placing an order for a business, parish, or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so on its behalf.
3. Products and descriptions
Our goods are handcrafted from full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. Because leather is a natural material, no two pieces are identical. Grain, marks, color, and tone will vary from piece to piece and from photos on the site. Vegetable-tanned leather also darkens and develops a patina with use. This is expected and is part of the product.
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every color, texture, or detail will match what you see on your screen.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm it by email and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an unavailable product, artwork we cannot produce, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you have paid for it.
All products are made to order. Please see our Shipping and Returns and Custom Order Policy pages for production timing, cancellations, and returns.
5. Pricing, discounts, and taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Volume discounts, personalization charges, and any logo setup fees are shown on the product page or at checkout, and are described in our Custom Order Policy. Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. A change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a pricing error is found after you order, we will contact you before proceeding.
6. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. We accept the major credit cards, and may offer other payment methods at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number. If an order needs an adjustment after checkout, such as an additional setup fee, we may send a follow-up invoice.
7. Your artwork and content
If you upload a logo, artwork, text, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that using it on our products will not infringe anyone's rights. You give us a limited license to use that material to produce, proof, and reproduce your order. We will not use your logo to promote our business without your permission.
We may decline any artwork that we believe infringes someone's rights or that we are not willing or able to produce.
8. Our content
The site's text, photography, designs, logos, and brand elements belong to Wild Things Leather Goods or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to other sites, such as our Etsy shop. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy's terms and our Etsy shop's policies.
10. Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We make no promises that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Things Leather Goods will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
